How To Use:
Shake well before use. Twist off the cap and use the dosing cup provided in the package. To achieve the optimal effect, it is recommended to consume 15 ml per day in the morning. Add 15 ml to a glass of water or juice and drink immediately, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
