User Instructions

- Before using food transporter systems, make sure to open the doors and clean the inner pan compartments thoroughly with mild food safe cleaning solution.
- Always place food in container with cover secured
- Make sure the molded handles and latches are closed securely
- Vent caps on the door front are adjustable for the purpose of equalizing outside and inner compartment pressure, making the doors easy to open
